Ntsikelelo Eric Tyli, on the right, is proud to be one of the leaders in "Designing
energy efficient buildings", Ntsikelelo is the Building Control Officer, at the Mangaung
Metro Municipality taking delivery of the "SANS 10400XA" Software program. Steven
van der Merwe met with Ntsikelelo and Nico Fourie, the senior building inspector to
look at the new building standards and how they will be bringing about new and more
efficient buildings, ultimately saving on future electricity and water bills.
